The Challenge

To commemorate Qatari Diar’s 7th Anniversary, we were asked to produce a limited edition coffee table book, targeted at investors, high net worth individuals and QD’s offices to showcase the company’s projects throughout the world. The book had to portray ‘heart and soul’.

The Strategy

We developed a concept based on a travel journal. Intimate vignettes were chosen to give a flavor of each country and QD’s global reach. Individual stories were told through short copy and unique photography. Original watercolor paintings were commissioned to illustrate projects as many are still in development phase.

The book had to communicate that Qatari Diar is more than a development company, it’s a company invested in people’s lives.

The Result

The book was well received and QD mentioned that its was the finest piece of print they had ever produced to date.
