The Challenge

Saudi Aramco wanted to mark the 75th year of operation in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with a grand celebration. This was a significant milestone and required a special event that would both honor past achievements and present the company’s future vision.

The Strategy

The event required the complete transformation of 30,000m2 of desert to create a lavish venue. An introductory film was produced to highlight Aramco’s achievements over the decades as well as planned future developments.

The Result

Over 10,000 guests were treated to a spectacular event over three days.
