The Challenge

Qatar Airways were launching a new business-only service between Doha and London, offering customers a new level of refinement, luxury and exclusivity.

The Strategy

The agency developed a concept that presented every aspect of the service, from being greeted on arrival at the airport to the spacious cabin to the impeccable service from the crew, as though the customer was travelling in their own private jet.

The Result

With the help of mmg Qatar’s integrated campaign, the national carrier successfully pioneered an exciting and unique service for business class customers, and achieved better than expected occupancy rates from day one.
